Contributions received under this Endowment shall form part of the Vidya Foundation Corpus Fund. Income generated from the Corpus Fund may be utilized by Vidya Foundation to support merit-cum-means scholarships, in the name of VAST Thrissur Batch 2014 by the Foundation in accordance with its policies and applicable regulations.

"The VAST Thrissur Batch 2014 Alumni Endowment serves as a collective platform for alumni and supporters to contribute towards the long-term sustainability of educational assistance programs. Every contribution helps strengthen a perpetual source of support for deserving students.

While contributions are recognized under this named Endowment, all funds are pooled and administered through the Vidya Foundation Corpus Fund to maximize long-term impact, sustainability, governance, and operational efficiency. Periodic updates on the Foundation's activities and impact may be shared with the designated batch representative."
