"Late Mr. Vidyadharan was one of the eleven Author Trustees who laid the foundation of Vidya by signing the Trust Deed at its inception and remained part of the distinguished Author Trustee fraternity.

As Vidya celebrated its 25 years of service and now a vibrant community of more than 1,000 members, this Endowment has been established by a group of grateful and like-minded members to honour him, his commitment, and contribution to Vidya's journey.

May this endowment continue to inspire future generations in the spirit of his vision and service."
